  1. I have a complicated order: the order size is large/ need to personalized the designs/ need additional product. What do I do?
    No issue! Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Complicated Order” and we shall assign a sales agent to serve you.
  2. What is the turnaround time?
    Our standard turnaround time is 4-5 weeks from the day you approve your final design to all major metro area’s.
  3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    Most of our garments can be ordered as singles. For increasing quantities, the pricing will vary. However, for certain products MOQs may exist.You can see each products MOQ simply by clicking on ‘Quantity & Pricing’ tab in the builderor the Learn More option. If you are interested in a product that is not on the website, simply send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting the MOQ.
  4. Does the MOQ include both men, women and kids sizing?
    The MOQ include a mixture of men, women and kids sizing.One gender or sizing is not necessary to meet the MOQ target.
  5. Are the garments good quality?
    All our garments have been tested and developed to ensure they are the best quality possible. We have spent hundreds of hours working on each product to ensure it is not only top quality, but comfortable and will stand the test of time.
  6. Where can I see pricing?

  7. I need to see a sample before I place my order. Is this possible?
    If you are interested in receiving a sample before you place your order, please send an e-mail to [email protected] the following:
    – The garment you are interested in receiving a sample of (e.g. 120 GSM interlock T-Shirt)
    – The quantity you are looking to order
    – Your postal address
    – Your best contact number

Design Questions

  1. Instead of a solid pattern fill, I want to customize by adding texture to the design. Is that possible?
    Sublimation allows for endless customization opportunities and texture can definitely be added onto our patterns. Please send an e-mail to [email protected], outlining which garments you are interested in, and the sort of additional customization you require. A dedicated Account Manager will be in touch to finalize your design and order.
  2. Can we make any changes after ordering but prior receiving it?
    And don’t worry –your order will not go to production without your final approval.Once you check out, our team contact you via [email protected]. A designated designer will work on the development of your apparel. You are welcome to make changes throughout the design process.
  1. Are embroidery options available?
    Yes,they are available on demand. Kindly mention which logo you’d like to embroidery in the ‘Other Notes’ section at the checkout. Once you check out, our team contact you via [email protected]. A designated designer will work on the development of your apparel. Please note, that additional charges will apply for embroidery.

Delivery Questions

  1. Where can OUTRIGHT deliver to?
    We can deliver to any country in the world! If you are unable to select your country in the checkout, it simply means we haven’t delivered there yet. In this case, please send an e-mail to [email protected] asking for your country to be added. Our team will do this for you immediately.
  2. How much is the delivery cost?
    The delivery cost is based on weight. You can see the delivery cost for your garments once you have added them to the cart. If you would like a delivery cost quote before adding your garments to the cart, please send an e-mail to [email protected] specifying the products you are interested in ordering and the delivery location. One of our Customer Service Specialists will be in touch with a quote.
  3. How long will it take for me to receive my kits?
    From design conformation to delivery, it will take approximately 4-5 weeks. However, the time frame shall vary depending on geographical location. In case you require products urgently, kindly send an email to [email protected] mentioning your order number and target date and our team shall try its best to accommodate you.
  4. What is the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your product on your account and through order tracking. Furthermore, Outright team will email you with updates regarding your order throughout the process

Payment and Checkout Questions

  1. How do I pay for my order?
    To pay for your order, simply click on the cart icon located in the bottom right corner of the builder. This will take you through to the checkout. Here you will need to enter your contact details, delivery information and payment details. Once you have checked out, a member of our team will be in touch with you to finalize your order.
  2. I need to be invoiced, is this possible?
    If you need to be invoiced, please send an e-mail to [email protected], outlining which garments you are interested in. A dedicated Account Manager will be in touch to finalise your order and issue an invoice.
